User Onboarded by a hospital
Open the NeoSync App, then click the “Get Started” button. New to the app? Click “I am new to Plural”, existing user? Click the button. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. Enter the OTP to verify your contact information. After OTP verification, you will be prompted to either select hospital you are already registered to as a patient “hospital(s) will be displayed” and enter your patient ID or, fill in your details “First name, Last name, Date of Birth, and Gender”. Then you will be prompted to create a unique username Set a secure 4-digit PIN for future login. You can also set biometric (fingerprint or face ID) on the app for faster log-in.

Open the NeoSync App, then click the “Get Started” button. New to the app? Click “I am new to Plural”, existing user? Click the “Login” button. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. Enter the OTP to verify your contact information. After OTP verification, fill in your details “First name, Last name, Date of Birth, and Gender”. Select Verification Means of Identification “i.e. National ID” Then you will be prompted to create a unique username Set a secure 4-digit PIN for future login. You can also set biometric (fingerprint or face ID) on the app for faster log-in. After logging in, click on the “Link to a Hospital” option to select your hospital from the list of Nigerian hospitals.
